Polo-price offer for Skoda, Kia and Dacia full-fledged family cars. Despite different approaches, we dare to compare - and to clarify whether rapid, cee'd and Lodgy to more than just cheap.
A look at the list price is sobering. When we look at Volkswagen, a candidate for an initial comparison with the new Skoda Rapid, must fit the Wolfsburg. A similar-sized Jetta costs about 7,000 Euro more - rather than full-grown sedans there are currently only 14,000 euros for VW lean-equipped small car. Even a similar motorized Polo is more expensive than the Skoda. Because a company has probably lost close to the base; incredible how expensive a car is, by definition, is supposed to be a car for the masses.
